Josh Barnett faced Dean Lister at Metamoris 4 this past Saturday Aug 9, 2014. Josh had a towel with an inspirational poem written in Japanese and by one of his mentors. Here it is!

The Road
Don't fear what happens if you keep going on this road,
With fear, there will be no road,
If you give one step, the step becomes a road,
Go on without fear , then you will find out...
