1 year ago today, Sir Run Run Shaw passed away on Jan 7, 2014 at 6:55 AM local time at the age of 107 at his home in Hong Kong. How fast a year went by...
Anyone of my generation should recognize Shaw's name as he and his brother was 'Shaw Brothers' which made so many of the martial arts movies classics. Even if the readers of this site isn't of my generation, if you watched "oldschool" "chopsockys" you will definitely know the Shaw Brothers movies.
